Develop and direct individualized behavioral and therapeutic treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and treatment team members. Provide direct clinical services through counseling sessions, community-based interventions, and participant support. Lead multidisciplinary treatment planning, goal development, safety planning, and treatment reviews. Complete assessments, treatment documentation, and clinical records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Coordinate care and collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and other treatment professionals. Assist with crisis intervention and support individuals using trauma-informed, person-centered approaches. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and program development activities.Who We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Clinical and Recovery Focused Dependable Team-Oriented Organized and Detail-Oriented Strong Communicator Adaptable and Solution-Focused Committed to Helping Others ThriveQualificationsRequiredMaster's Degree Minimum of two years of related professional experience Ability to provide community-based behavioral health services Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to support community-based servicesPreferredExperience working within ACT, community mental health, or behavioral health programs Experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness Knowledge of trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented treatment modelsScheduleFull-Time, 40 hours per week Participation in on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Community-based position supporting 24/7 ACT program coverage requirementsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and travel throughout the community as needed Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Frequent use of computers, mobile devices, and agency software systemsApply TodaySome jobs pay the bills.
