QC Inspector

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a QC Inspector for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Pleasanton, CA 94588. Details of the position are as follows:


Job Description:

• Pay: UP TO $27.00/hr to start based on experience!
• 6-month assignment with the possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (ONSITE)
• The QC Inspector will perform routine visual inspections of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical materials, components, and sub-assemblies to ensure conformance with quality standards and specifications.
• Responsibilities include performing visual inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products while accurately following written instructions and procedures.
• Position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and maintaining quality documentation while supporting production and inspection activities.
• Experience with SAP, MES systems, optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gauges, pressure testing, and force gauge testing is a plus but not required.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong foundational skill set.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is Required!
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing visual inspections or quality inspection activities is Highly Preferred!
• Prior medical device component inspection experience, FDA/GMP/ISO 13485 knowledge, SAP, and MES experience are considered a plus.
