Call Center Representative

Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent Seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to support customers by conducting follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, answering inbound inquiries, and helping ensure a positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
