In this role, you’ll partner with Behavioral Health Technicians, providers, and clinic staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence, team development, compliance, and clinical consistency across multiple locations. Direct impact on clinic operations, team development, and patient outcomes across multiple locations. What You’ll Do Lead and support daily operations across multiple Northern Virginia clinics. Provide guidance and hands‑on support to Behavioral Health Technicians and providers, including patient treatment support as needed. Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members. Coordinate provider schedules and staffing resources to ensure continuity of care. Support TMS and Spravato workflows, training, audits, and compliance activities. Monitor clinic performance, documentation, and operational standards. Partner with regional leadership to improve workflows and drive operational consistency. Help resolve patient and staff concerns with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset. Who You Are A hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching teams and supporting clinic operations. Required Qualifications 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical setting. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Experience training, coaching, and supporting staff development. Ability to travel regularly between our Northern Virginia clinic locations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
