Regional Sales Manager - Automotive Floorplan (Remote)

Midway Auto Group

Westlake Flooring is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a sales force across Northern California, guiding 10-25 reps and growing market share. You will coach area managers, hire and train new staff, and present products to dealers while developing plans to hit targets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and sales software.
