We are currently hiring for a full-time Call Center Representative at our Yardley, PA location. This position also requires traveling to our Bristol, PA office./ppPlease note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus./ppResponsibilities/pulliReceives, places, and transfers telephone calls using appropriate phone etiquette/liliRecords and communicates all messages in an accurate, concise, and timely manner, using appropriate medical terminology and abbreviations, and appropriate EMR workflows for phone notes./liliRoutes emergency calls appropriately./liliPages individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging and interoffice communication equipment./liliMaintains an accurate listing of physician phone numbers, fax numbers, and addresses./liliPerforms clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail when required./liliAbility to make appointments in GPMS/li/ulpRequirements/pulliMust have experience in a medical office setting, preferably in Cardiology/liliMust have the ability to multitask/liliComputer knowledge is a must/liliExperience with an EMR system is a plus/liliMust be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoing/li/ulpBenefits/ppCardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time./ppIf you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date.
