Plumbing & HVAC Multifamily & Builder Sales Representative Philadelphia MetroR.F. Fager Supply, a trusted and long-time distributor of plumbing, HVAC and kitchen and bath products is growing and expanding to the Greater Philadelphia area. Develop and build a customer base of companies which build and service the multifamily and new home construction markets. These customers consist of but are not limited to multifamily new build, multifamily renovations and new home builders (single family, town home, duplex, condos).This individual will sell the full breadth of plumbing and HVAC products offered by Fager Supply with a focus on kitchen and bath products: cabinetry, fixtures, China, etc....Essential Functions:Meet and exceed all sales and growth goalsFacilitate communications between the customer, sales and operations teams including any changes in scope, pricing, lead time, quality requirements, etc.Corresponds with customers to help create opportunitiesFacilitate and increase salesCustomer service focused with a good attitude in a teamwork environmentBuild lasting relationships with customersGrow our business by identifying new opportunities and prospecting for new clients.Other duties as assignedEducation/ Experience:Required:Previous outside sales experience in cabinetry, plumbing, HVAC or other building materialsPrevious outside sales experience selling to multifamily organizations and/or homebuildersExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow up, and close dealsProject management, new business development and customer retention skills a mustExceptional oral and written communications skillsStrong computer and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to process quotes and orders through the company's Solar/Eclipse systemHigh School Diploma or equivalentDesired:Cabinetry sales and design experienceCollege degreePhysical Demands:The characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
