Scrum Master with Dynamics 365 experience - Remote

Scrum Master Position
8 + years of Scrum Master experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes.
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML), and user story writing.
Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Scrum Master, Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
