Position: Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) Company: Stellar Senior Living Location: Oro Valley, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $30.25 - $38.50 per hour We are seeking a full-time Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Stellar Senior Living's newest community in Oro Valley, Arizona. - Conduct resident wellness assessments and accurately document resident status on our electronic care system
- Perform medication administration and routine checks of residents' vital signs with a gentle touch, prioritizing their comfort and well-being
- Delegate and oversee nurse duties to unlicensed personnel, including med techs and caregivers, in accordance with Arizona scope-of-practice rules
- Support residents and families through changes in care needs, acting as a liaison to ensure open communication and a supportive network
- Collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director and other department leaders to coordinate care plans and resident services
- Monitor residents throughout their day-to-day care, creating a reassuring atmosphere within our community
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policy and state regulations
- Must hold an unrestricted LPN or LVN license valid in the state of Arizona
- Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living strongly preferred
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills, including comfort with electronic care/documentation systems
