Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Contractors will survey both residential and commercial properties, taking photos, collecting property details and overall conditions, and providing timely reports submitted online via PC/Desktop with attachments. Responsibilities Take photographs of properties and document overall condition. Collect property details and assess condition. Prepare and submit detailed reports in a timely manner via the dedicated platform. Requirements Reliable vehicle to travel to inspections. Windows 10 or newer PC. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet access. Basic computer and communication skills. Coverage Area Dyersburg, Tennessee.
