Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Strong understanding of Bill.com and experience working with automated AP processes.
• Experience transitioning or integrating automated processes from Bill.com into NetSuite.
• Ability to configure rules and processes for importing credit card transactions into NetSuite.
• Experience working with NetSuite or other financial/accounting ERP systems.
• Familiarity with automated financial data imports and reconciliation processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with financial data and reports.
• Good understanding of general Accounts Payable and financial processes.
• Ability to work independently and support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite processes.
