The Apartment Leasing Office Help position at our growing multifamily community in Clemson, South Carolina, is ideal for an experienced and energetic professional passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting the leasing team. This role primarily involves phone and email communication with prospective residents and works closely under the supervision of the Property Manager. You will be a key part of our team, helping create an exceptional resident experience and supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries
• Provide customer support and assist prospective residents
• Collaborate with the leasing team to coordinate leasing activities
• Handle and manage package deliveries for residents
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Reliable Transportation

Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour with weekly pay. Opportunities include temp-to-hire placement, career growth, and a supportive team environment. This position is in person and reports directly to the Property Manager.
