Overview Physical Therapist travel assignment in Albany, Oregon, United States. This 13-week assignment starts on 06/15/2026, with a weekly pay range of $2,251–$2,319 and guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Shifts are 5 days per week, 8 hours each day (08:00–16:30). The role operates in a hospital-based rehabilitation department, supporting a broad range of therapies across sports/orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance, and spinal therapy. Responsibilities Perform initial PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neuro and musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic/sports rehab and stroke rehab. Deliver evidence-based interventions (therex, gait training, manual therapy, balance and spinal therapy) and progress patients toward functional goals. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document care in accordance with policy and licensing requirements. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across multiple points of care to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and transportation considerations to support continued recovery.

Requirements Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to travel to multiple points of care Eligibility to work in the United States
