Contracts Manager with specialty in federal and commercial construction contracting. Significant subcontract creation and management. Preaward and postaward responsibilities in support of three S&K Technologies, Inc. LLCs focused primarily on Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act requirements. Requires a working knowledge of certificates of insurance, bonding, wage determination, certified payrolls and all facets of FAR Parts 36 and 37.
The S&K Technologies, Inc. contracts and compliance team provides centralized contracting support to all S&K Technologies, Inc. LLCs. The duty locations for this position are either in Marana, AZ (preferable) or 100% remote.
