Location: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: Overnight Shift (United States of America) Job Description Job Title: Training & Quality Control (QC) Supervisor – Overnight Cabin Cleaning Location: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Schedule Requirements: Must be available weekends and holidays Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Training & Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee overnight cabin cleaning operations. This role is responsible for training cabin cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with airline and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and efficiency across all assigned aircraft. Key Responsibilities Train new and existing cabin cleaners on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards Conduct regular quality control inspections of aircraft cabins to ensure cleanliness and compliance Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance to team members Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met during overnight operations Ensure adherence to all safety, security, and airport regulations Maintain accurate training records and QC reports Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality Respond to operational issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning operations, aviation services, or a supervisory/training role preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be able to pass background check and obtain airport clearance Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods Comfortable working in an airport environment and around aircraft Why Join Us Opportunity to grow within airport operations Dynamic, fast-paced work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
