Immigration Paralegal (FT)

Responsibilities Assist with preparation and filing of immigrant and non‑immigrant visa petitions (H‑1B, L‑1, E‑1/E‑2, O, EB‑2, PERM, and related classifications). Prepare USCIS forms and draft support letters under attorney supervision. Collect and organize client documentation. Coordinate translations, credential evaluations, and filing logistics. Track deadlines and maintain accurate case records. Communicate with clients regarding required documents and case updates. Conduct basic research on visa options and procedures as needed. Qualifications 1–2 years of immigration experience, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certificate. Exposure to employment‑based immigration filings is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
