Below is the most recent job.Arizona Locums Assignment: Specialty - Inpatient Neurology Location - Tucson, Arizona Dates - December 19-26, 2019- 24 hour call coverage requested with 7-9 in-house hours per dayDates Needed: December 19 (7am) - December 26 (7am) Required - Must have AZ license and Arizona DEA-Must be able to read EEG's and provide a log of 20 EEGs within the past two years (10/year).- Must have proof of the following immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test.
