This 80-bed facility provides full scope obstetric and gynecologic services and holds a Level 3 Trauma designation. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR for clinical documentation and maintains established protocols to support continuous patient care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with structured workflows for obstetric and gynecologic services, with high-risk cases transferred to Fargo in the absence of on-site MFM support.

Fergus Falls, Minnesota offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment may enjoy hiking along the Central Lakes and North Country Trails, kayaking the Ottertail River State Water Trail, and fishing across the surrounding lakes. The area also features the Otter Tail County Museum, the Prairie Wetlands Learning Center, local arts galleries, antique shops, city parks, and a campground at DeLagoon Park.

Clinicians will provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour beeper call at an on-site facility in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, supporting a volume of approximately 15-20 deliveries per month. Clinical responsibilities include OB and GYN cases, cesarean sections, and GYN surgeries; high-risk patients without on-site MFM support are transferred to Fargo. All clinical documentation is completed using EPIC EMR, and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
