Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts, every other weekend, and two holiday shifts required.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:
- Active state nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- PALS or ENPC certification (equivalency accepted)
- TNCC certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
- Epic experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency care to patients with acute medical conditions and injuries.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and prioritization of care needs.
- Collaborate with medical personnel to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records systems.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must be separated from previous employment with a healthcare facility for six months to be considered.
- Orientation and training may be required before the start of the assignment.
