We're looking for a dependable, motivated Detailer/Lot Attendant to join our team!If you enjoy working with vehicles, staying active, and seeing the results of your work, this could be a great fit. You'll help keep our vehicles clean, our lot looking sharp, and our dealership ready for customers every day.What You'll DoComplete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehiclesKeep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customersEvaluate vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs and communicate concernsMaintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the yearAssist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with Company guidelinesPitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as neededHelp with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as neededMaintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areasFollow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForCustomer service experience preferredStrong attention to detail and pride in your workAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of the dealership teamComfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to communicate effectivelyValid driver's license with limited moving violations within the last three yearsWhat We OfferPaid holidaysSick and personal timePaid birthday offHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurance401(k) with employer matchTake Pride in What You Do.
