Marketing Project Manager, Campaign OperationsThe Sage Group's client, a beloved technology company in the delivery space is seeking an organized Marketing Project Manager, Campaign Operations to support the marketing team in executing successful campaigns. This role will be responsible for managing campaign timelines, coordinating asset collection, ensuring projects stay within budget, and reconciling finances post-campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, show proactiveness, and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep campaigns on track and aligned with business objectives.Responsibilities:End-to-End Campaign Management: including back-end coordination, stakeholder management, contract execution, technical setup, file tracking, and weekly stakeholder updatesFinancial Reconciliation: including submission of accounting tickets and invoices, month-end accrual prep, redemption validation, and tracking of marketing spendCross-Functional Coordination: including partnering with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Business Insights, Paid Media stakeholders and external merchant teams to resolve billing exceptions, financial accuracy, and other campaign operational needsData & Reporting: Including maintaining the marketing dashboards, producing weekly spend reports, preparing audit documentation, and managing other internal records and automationsOperational Support: including onboarding assistance for new hires, vendor setup, and ad hoc stakeholder project management requests.Qualifications:Proactive — You're motivated by the opportunity to play a crucial role in the Drive Marketing team and you're willing to dive right in!Detail Oriented — Pay attention to the details to ensure consistency across your workEntrepreneurial – Aren't afraid of failure, and have demonstrated success in the face of roadblocksProblem Solver – You have a talent for synthesizing complex problems and can translate high-level goals into actionable plansTeam Player – You have great communication skills and have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at any level across the organizationExperience 4+ years of project management and/or campaign operations experience in marketing or a related field. Experience with data analytics and project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, MODE, Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Airtable, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesContract Length: 12 – 18 months Location: Remote, USA Pay: $55.16/hr
