Whether preparing residential lots, overall neighborhood development, or utility work, our ideal foreman is someone who outlines details and timelines of projects as well as manages the full execution of each deliverable. This requires you to identify the most important thing to do right now (which isn\u2019t always the most urgent) and take immediate action. You are responsible for planning, implementation and results.
