Job Summary The Middle School Soccer Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the middle school soccer program. The coach provides instruction in soccer fundamentals, promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth, and ensures a safe and positive environment for student-athletes. Responsibilities include conducting practices, coaching games, monitoring student eligibility and behavior, communicating with students and families, and complying with district, league, and school policies and procedures. The coach serves as a positive role model and supports the overall educational mission of the school.
