Hourly Pay Range $31.46 - $48.76. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights

SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000

Position: Radiologic Technologist III Location: Elmhurst Hospital, Elmhurst, IL Full Time, 40 hours Hours: 3pm - 11:30pm, on-call schedule, rotating weekends & holidays What You Will Do Operates a variety of radiology equipment to produce radiographs of the body for diagnostic purposes as directed by the Radiologists, in accordance to established protocols. Assists physicians and other clinical staff with obtaining films, images, and other records using the Radiology PACS or hospital information systems. Explains procedure to patients, giving opportunity for questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects of the job. What You Will Need Education: High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree or higher, preferred License: IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) licensure Certifications: At a minimum, must be a candidate for ARRT® (American Registry of Radiological Technology) certification (i.e., Certificate of Program Completion or a letter from the Radiology Program Director of the accredited school). Required within 2 years of temporary license date. BLS/CPR Certification from the American Heart Association Experience: One year of prior X-Ray experience. Prior x-ray experience in a surgical environment, required.
