We are currently hiring caregivers in Kalamazoo, MI, including opportunities for flexible shifts and specialized cases.

What youll do:
Provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps clients stay safe and independent at home:

• Companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
• Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility support)
• Support with daily routines and medication reminders
• Communicate changes in client condition with the care team

Earn more with advanced caregiving skills
We offer higher pay rates for caregivers with experience in:

• Memory care (Alzheimers or dementia)
• Parkinsons care
• Bed-bound care (including in-bed bathing and repositioning)
• Safe transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, bed-to-chair)
• Hands-on bathing and mobility assistance

What you need:

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings

No CNA or HHA certification required but higher pay is available for licensed and experienced caregivers.
