Vivvi is proud to partner with Toyota to provide exceptional enrichment and child care for school-aged children (ages 6–12) during spring and summer breaks on the Liberty, NC campus.

As a School Age Head Teacher, you will:

• Lead and facilitate engaging lessons, enrichment activities, and after-school programs for children ages 6–12

• Supervise and guide cohorts of up to 17 children, ensuring safety, structure, and inclusivity

• Build a positive, nurturing, and fun environment that fosters learning, creativity, and curiosity

• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues through consistent communication

• Apply positive behavior management strategies with empathy and patience

• Follow and uphold all health, safety, and program policies

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience leading school-age classrooms, summer camps, or after-school programs

• Passion for working with children ages 6–12 and seeing each child as capable and unique

• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices

• Flexible, creative, and able to adapt activities on the fly

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Commitment to safety, health protocols, and inclusive learning environments
