QA/QC Manager

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission critical industry, is actively seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that construction projects within our Data Center Business Unit meet both Praetorian Power Protection’s and our clients’ stringent standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce robust quality management systems tailored for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes. Manage QA/QC procedures including creation and distribution of checklists, inspections, punch lists, and detailed reports. Utilize client or company‑mandated platforms to manage quality‑related functions such as checklists and issue tracking. Monitor existing quality control programs; conduct comprehensive audits; oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with project standards. Proactively identify issues that impede efficiency; implement solutions to reduce defects; track and report on quality metrics across various projects. Provide mentorship to Project Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents; build high‑performing teams dedicated to project excellence. Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors ensuring all parties align with the overarching quality objectives. Maintain meticulous records of inspections and audits; ensure thorough reporting by internal staff and third‑party inspectors.
