Supervisor fish processing (Team leader) Swiss Lachs, a leading company in sustainable salmon production in Switzerland, is looking for a dedicated Fish Processing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate fish processing activities in Lostallo. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of fish processing techniques, excellent leadership skills and a clear focus on quality, safety and efficient workflows. Experience in food production, preferably with salmon or seafood, is an advantage. The role requires good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, the ability to organise daily operations and the confidence to guide and support a team in a dynamic working environment.
