Production Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Production Manager in Richmond, CA. This position is full-time, direct hire, onsite, $110K - $150K. The Production Manager plays a hands-on leadership role in overseeing all aspects of daily production operations. This role involves driving departmental growth, ensuring financial Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate all production activities to ensure high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient output. Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor production processes to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize rework. Ensure all products meet quality standards and client expectations. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment. Manage department budgets, track KPIs, and control labor and material costs. Collaborate with purchasing, inventory, and logistics teams for material availability and scheduling. Participate in strategic planning and provide input on capacity, investments, and workforce planning. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a production and warehouse environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA General Industry 10 or 30 certification required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Financial and operational acumen with experience in budget and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in production scheduling, labor planning, and workflow optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or production management systems.
