Key responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, preparing monthly close entries and reconciliations, supporting audits, assisting with budget-to-actual reporting, and helping strengthen accounting procedures.Required qualifications/skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation skills- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel- High attention to detail, discretion, and clear communicationIf you're ready to apply your expertise in a mission-driven environment with work-from-home flexibility, we encourage you to apply.A Typical WorkdayYou'll start by reviewing the day's priorities, then shift into focused work blocks for analysis and documentation. Expect regular check-ins with colleagues to clarify transaction details and confirm timelines, followed by time to organize supporting schedules and keep files audit-ready. Later in the day, you'll respond to questions that come in from across the organization and wrap up by confirming what's ready for the next close milestone.
