Job Overview We are actively looking to hire talented Adult or Child Psychiatrists in our Dallas, TX area clinics, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Work Schedule and Environment Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time available with no call or weekends. 100% outpatient work. Collegial work environment. Newly designed and modern offices. Full administrative support. Latest in digital technology. Strong work/life balance. Compensation & Benefits Generous ‘above market’ compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Sign‑on bonus. Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) (with match), parental leave, EAP and more. Compensation range $322,000 to $430,000+ based on productivity. Annual cash bonus incentive plan. Requirements Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA. Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
