About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 11 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty within the last 3 years. Critical care experience that can care for VADs, ECMO, and Alines. Willingness to float to units appropriate for skill set. Local experience in a large academic setting preferred. License: Current Client RN License required. Certifications: TNCC Certification. AHA BLS Certification. AHA PALS Certification. Must-Have: BSN degree. Experience in Level 1 Trauma setting. EMR experience is required. Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. The nurse will work 11.5-hour shifts during the night. The role includes caring for critically ill patients and managing advanced devices. Weekend shifts will be required on an every-other-weekend basis. The nurse must have experience in a large academic environment. Floating to other units within the same acuity level may be necessary. Compliance with COVID vaccination requirements is mandatory, with allowances for medical declinations upon approval. The nurse will be required to follow a specific dress code, including navy bottoms and white tops or all white attire. Interviews will include both a voice advantage interview and a screening with the Nurse Manager. Candidates must complete the recruitment process within 48 business hours of an offer.
