Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy interventions to patients, utilizing CBT, DBT, and ERP methodologies tailored to their unique mental health needs.

  • Engage in weekly supervision sessions with clinical directors and lead therapists to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

  • Document patient care initiatives, including treatment plans, psycho-social assessments, and outcomes, in accordance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor the emotional and mental progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as necessary to foster improved health outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, interfacing with psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care is provided to each patient.

This position focuses primarily on working with children and adolescents, creating a supportive environment for young patients and their families. Qualifications\n

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a focus on mental health or social services.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or outpatient context, is essential.

  • Annual salary between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
