Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated feed mill workers to join the team of one of the largest global Agricultural Cooperatives. This role involves operating and maintaining feed mill equipment, handling raw materials, and ensuring the efficient production of a variety of high-quality livestock feed products and pet foods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the vital agricultural supply chain while developing skills in machinery operation and material handling within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety production machinery to process raw ingredients into finished products
• Perform material handling and warehouse duties as required
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, compliance with food processing standards
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts
• Document production activities accurately and report any operational concerns

Requirements

• Prior experience in the milling industry or agriculture is highly desirable
• Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation and maintenance
• Experience with food processing or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts and grain conveyors
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Valid driver's license for operating commercial vehicles or tanker trucks is beneficial

What do you get in return?

• 1st Shift: 4 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday
• Starting Compensation: $20 to $21 hr.
