Real8 Group is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team as an Executive Recruiter. Previous recruiting experience is not required. If you have a background in sales, business development, account management, or another results-driven role, we will teach you the recruiting side of the business.

Executive recruiting is a consultative sales career. You will identify talented real estate executives throughout the US to fill open positions for our clients. You will identify and qualify candidates, learn what motivates them and help guide candidates through the hiring process. Success requires confidence, persistence, strong communication skills, organizational skills and tenacity.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through cold calls, email, referrals, LinkedIn and industry networking
• Build relationships with professionals from mid level to senior executives
• Learn candidates’ experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and motivations
• Present career opportunities clearly and persuasively
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates
• Manage multiple searches, conversations, and priorities
• Develop the skills to manage your own clients and searches as you grow

Recruiting experience is not required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and access to experienced mentors who will help you learn our industry and recruiting process.
