Manage a diverse and complex portfolio of client accounts Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan statement reconciliations Identify and resolve complex transactional discrepancies Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation schedules Manage client vendor payments Oversee accounts receivable aging analysis Execute proactive collections workflows Process regular payroll cycles with accurate calculations Assist with year-end and periodic payroll tax filings Maintain timely and precise records for multiple client accounts Provide quality assurance and review transactional accounting entries of entry-level Client Data Specialists Lead historical clean-up efforts and specialized financial projects assigned by leadership Deliver complex technical updates in accordance with firm communication standards Requirements Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on professional bookkeeping experience Intermediate to advanced understanding of core bookkeeping principles, internal controls, and standard corporate accounting practices Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Practical familiarity with Google Workspace Intuit Bookkeeping Certification QBO Level 1 Certification QBO Payroll Certification Strong personal initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills High-level written and verbal communication skills Able to work in office in Roanoke, TX occasionally QuickBooks Online certification status required in application PTIN Certification: Yes Demonstrates advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, internal controls, and corporate accounting practices.
