Posted Friday, August 7, 2026 at 4:00 AM Valance Care is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to lead the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout Westchester and Putnam counties. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) environment. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities & Duties Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process Qualifications & Skills Experience recruiting Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or caregivers is strongly preferred. At least 2 years of prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 401k + Company match Paid Holidays.
