Sales Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with fields teams to provide support to reporting needs and project management routines
• Lead the end-to-end secondary volume process including ingestion reconciliation and accuracy, field team requests for edit, CCBSS accuracy collaboration, and overall secondary volume reporting
• Direct the end-to-end monthly OBR routing strategy and execution for field teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established timelines
• Proactively recommend continuous improvement of processes
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency
• Develop and execute use of template operational dashboards and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience
