Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit

Schedule: Night 12x

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sized facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Experience with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care environment.
• Float to all PCU/IMCU floors with a cardiac population as needed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, especially in cardiac cases such as STEMI and NSTEMI.
• Administer medications and manage cardiac drips as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in EMR systems.
