Physician Assistant - $15K Sign-On Bonus

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (50% at start / 50% at 12 months)

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Service: ICU & Trauma (inpatient)

• Schedule: depending on rotation ICU vs. Trauma 7 on / 7 off and flexible scheduling is available

• Trauma does 24 hour shifts with 3 to 4 shifts every 2 weeks

• ICU is a week on / week off

• Setting: Acute care hospital

• Scope: Full-scope APP practice with collaborative physician support

• Pay scale depending on experience - $80-$100 / hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage complex ICU and trauma patients in collaboration with attending physicians

• Perform H&Ps, daily notes, orders, and procedures appropriate to scope

• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care coordination

• Ensure timely, high-quality documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current PA-C licensure (ACNP or acute care certification preferred)

• ICU, trauma, surgical, or emergency experience strongly preferred

• New grads with acute care clinical training encouraged to apply

• BLS and ACLS required; ATLS a plus
