Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2
Job Description:We are seeking a Contract Operations / Chargeback Analyst to support distributor chargebacks, pricing claims, customer/GPO membership management, and contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage chargeback and sales trace activities, including submissions, disputes, denials, and settlements.
- Analyze and resolve pricing, contract, membership, and customer data discrepancies.
- Maintain customer master data, GPO memberships, cross-references, and contract records.
- Support membership eligibility, additions, changes, migrations, and updates.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues within required timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in chargebacks, pricing, contract operations, master data, analytics, or process improvement.
- Strong Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP Vistex, JDE, SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Python, MS Access, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
