Job Title: Hospitality Associate – Visitor Center

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:15 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Position OverviewKelly Services is seeking a Hospitality Associate for our Visitor Center client. In this guest-facing role, you will deliver exceptional service while supporting retail, hospitality, and daily visitor center operations. As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure a high-quality, memorable experience for every guest while maintaining company and brand standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales, reservations, and retail transactions; manage cash handling and inventory.
  • Maintain product merchandising and process online orders.
  • Guide visitors through facility experiences, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
  • Support facility events, including set-up, logistics, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Assist with marketing activities and uphold all food safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18+, per state/local regulations).
  • Excellent communication, basic math, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work varied hours as needed.
  • Must successfully complete background and drug screening.
  • Occasional travel required for meetings or training.
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Background in tourism, visitor services, or sales.
  • Familiarity with [specific products, if applicable].
