Job Title: Hospitality Associate – Visitor Center
Location: [City, State]
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Process sales, reservations, and retail transactions; manage cash handling and inventory.
- Maintain product merchandising and process online orders.
- Guide visitors through facility experiences, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
- Support facility events, including set-up, logistics, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist with marketing activities and uphold all food safety and quality protocols.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18+, per state/local regulations).
- Excellent communication, basic math, and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work varied hours as needed.
- Must successfully complete background and drug screening.
- Occasional travel required for meetings or training.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Background in tourism, visitor services, or sales.
- Familiarity with [specific products, if applicable].
