Type: Short-Term Contract (1 Month) Location: Remote (USA Only) Rate: $90–$110 per hour Availability: 20–30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST time zone About the Role We are seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers or Brokerage Managers for a short-term project with a leading AI lab. In this role, you’ll use your brokerage expertise to help fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) by evaluating and improving how AI handles complex real estate transactions, negotiations, and client interactions. No prior AI experience is needed — you’ll receive training and gain exposure to how AI can enhance and streamline the brokerage process. Key Responsibilities Design and assess real-world brokerage and transaction scenarios to test AI reasoning and compliance. Write structured, detailed explanations for deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and contract management. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and clarity. Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance AI understanding of real estate deal workflows and brokerage management. Skills & Requirements Strong experience as a Real Estate Broker or Brokerage Manager. Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred. Excellent English writing, reasoning, and communication skills.
