Purchasing and Inside Sales Support Representative

Synergy Associates is a tier-one distributor of HPE Renew servers, storage, and network equipment for the United States. Additionally, we are a North American distributor providing Dell Recertified Enterprise Equipment. Founded in 1998, we are a designated channel source for both HPE and Dell resellers. Synergy is also an international distributor for HPE’s Replacement Parts Business supporting North America and Latin America. Synergy Associates is seeking a qualified, highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks at hand to join the team as a Purchasing and Inside Sales Support Representative . You will be responsible for providing support to numerous individuals on the Synergy team. Must have strong background in customer service and any administrative, clerical or prior sales support experience will be enormously helpful in ensuring your success. Responsibilities: Enter and process new orders for purchasing and sales Checking data accuracy in orders Expedite requests for rush orders and update sales orders and shipping data as needed Negotiating prices and assisting with vendor communications Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Communicate with sales team and clients to obtain any missing information or answer queries Payment Processing Sending invoices and tracking information Assist with open sales order and purchase order management Quoting house accounts Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required Other duties as assigned Skills/Requirements: Excellent Communication both written and verbal skills - English Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly An ability to work under pressure and make deadlines A team player with high level of dedication Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office Quick to learn Work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associates preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Associates
