Day to day, you're keeping the property clean, safe, and functional. That means common area cleaning, trash removal, basic repairs, and light groundskeeping work as needed. Self-direction matters here. The property doesn't stop generating work, and the expectation is that you'll manage your time and tasks without constant supervision. Pay runs up to $20 per hour depending on experience.
