The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant and your employees. In this position you will be responsible to ensure every Guest receives an incredible experience, the restaurant is running smoothly by being properly staffed and trained with a great team, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant’s financials by managing all labor, costs of goods, scheduling, and restaurant maintenance. Fast Casual Experience is preferred!
