Senior System Administrator

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of recent Microsoft Windows System Administration experience in an enterprise environment supporting hundreds of users.\nExtensive experience administering Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).\nExperience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including G3/G5 licensing and Entra ID (Azure AD).\nExperience administering endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune.\nStrong understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, and enterprise computing environments.\nHands-on experience with VMware technologies, including vCenter and virtualized server environments.\nExperience with SAN technologies, enterprise storage solutions, and backup/recovery platforms, including Veeam.\nKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and enterprise networking systems preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE) preferred. Provides advanced troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system performance issues; manages backups, disaster recovery processes, system access controls, and information security. Leads the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of new technologies, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements while collaborating with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders. Supports strategic IT planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and project execution, serves as a technical resource for complex infrastructure challenges, delivers training and knowledge sharing to IT staff, and participates in on-call support to ensure reliable and continuous system operations.
