We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support operating room procedures. This role is essential to ensuring each surgery is performed with safety, precision, and efficiency. From prepping the OR to assisting surgeons directly, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated surgical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments and sterile supplies
• Maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and anticipating next steps
• Ensure accurate surgical counts of instruments and supplies before, during, and after surgery
• Support patient preparation and positioning for surgery
• Clean and restock the OR following procedures
• Communicate clearly with the surgical team to promote optimal workflow and patient care
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
