• Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm possible
• License/Certifications: TX or compact LPT license, BLS (AHA) required
• Experience: Experience in outpatient, ortho, balance, deconditioning, or pain cases preferred

What You'll Do:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic and related cases
• Interpret evaluation results and set measurable, achievable goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare team
• Reassess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and equipment usage
• Document care provided and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure adherence to all relevant therapy standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate, timely records and follow safety protocols

What You Need:

• Valid LPT license in Texas (or compact license)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Prior outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused approach
