Deliver high‑quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services. Build strong patient relationships and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams across both locations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain consistent clinical standards and patient care between practices. Utilize modern technology and evidence‑based dentistry to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
